How We Work

At Baird & Whyte we offer a complete high quality powder coating system with full pre-treatment and premium powders.

We operate a 22m long continuous sprayline and oven in addition to the more traditional static spray booths and a 4M batch oven.

We also have a smaller chainline system which is ideal for smaller component batches. This flexibility means that we have a solution for most customer requirements, large or small and can usually offer a five day turn around for most work.
